I think it's really sad that the USA has come so far, not only to allow bisexuality/transexuality, but now to almost promote it in schools! How sad that 2nd graders have to be told 'well this little boy is allowed to use the girls bathroom because he feels like a girl.' It scares me to think what the US could do next, seeing as we're in constant decline from scriptural values and beliefs...
I am reminded once again about how distanced the world is becoming from the church. In the bible it clearly states that the male is male and the female is female, that is why God made us different. The male has specific roles that he has to follow and vice versus. Not only is this encouraging transsexualism among the young people in the States and all over the world, but it is putting many at risk and danger. As adults should know by now, high school boys can be very dumb and can use this as an excuse to get into the girls bathroom and/or locker room, not because they are 'feeling like a girl'. This law is giving the child more rights than a child should be getting for their maturity level. Adults have the responsibility to educate and direct the child in the correct path, by giving the child the option to do this is like offering a toddler if they want carrots or candy. This is especially worrying, and although it is sad to say, many of the students are not in a relationship with Jesus and if there is nothing stopping them from doing this then it is just giving them the chance and telling them that is it ok to disobey God's teachings. I pray that God would have mercy on the U.S and other countries and that we (Christians) have the courage to stand up for what is God's word. - Ani
My face was filled with disgust as soon as i read the title of this article. I really don't understand the benefits that can result from this state law. It's not only encouraging transexuality, but also the idea that any boy can go to the girls' restroom just to take advantage even though he doesn't really identify himself as a girl. I feel like this law creates more problems than it does benefits. Yes, it does try to make a specific people group more "happy", but we have to remember that the United States started out as a Christian nation. It's really sad how much the US changed in the past 200 years, and how it will in the future. -Yun Sub
